After Dispatch
Orders already dispatched may not be cancellable, especially for temperature-sensitive, prescription, sealed or specially procured medicines.

Returns
Returns may be considered only for wrong product, damaged package, expired product or billing mismatch, subject to inspection and proof at the time of delivery or immediately after receipt.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened strips, broken seals, cold-chain products, used products, products without invoice, or items that cannot be resold safely may not be accepted for return.

Refund Method
Approved refunds may be processed to the original payment mode or adjusted against a replacement/order credit after verification.
